SAM.gov renewal leads for California, every Monday

Every Monday you get a CSV of California businesses whose SAM.gov entity registration expires in the next 30 days. An expired registration blocks new federal awards and can hold up payments, so these businesses need renewal help now: SAM renewal services, government-contracting accountants, compliance and proposal firms.

In our latest build, 2,557 California business registrations expire in the next 30 days, including 484 in the first 7 days. Counts change week to week with each extract.

NewGov Renewals FAQ

Where does the NewGov Renewals data come from?

SAM.gov public entity registration records published by GSA (the Entity Registration Public V2 extract). Each active registration carries its expiration date, so we can list the businesses whose registration expires in the next 30 days.

How fresh is it?

Expiration dates are set a year ahead, so the list is known in advance. Each Monday file lists active registrations expiring in the next 30 days, built from the newest public SAM extract and stamped with that extract's date. A business that renewed after the extract date can still appear, so confirm status on SAM.gov before outreach.

Why does an expiring SAM registration matter?

A business needs an active SAM.gov registration to receive federal contract awards and many grant and assistance payments. Registrations must be renewed every 12 months, and the renewal can take weeks, so businesses look for help in the 30 days before expiration.

What columns are in the file?

Legal business name and DBA, UEI, CAGE code, entity structure, registration expiration date, days until expiration, registration purpose (contracts or assistance only), physical business address as published, primary NAICS code, website when listed, and the source extract.

Do the files leave out contact names and emails?

Yes. Points of contact are never included, and sole proprietorships and government bodies are left out. Business entities only.

How often is it delivered and what does it cost?

Weekly: one CSV per state by email every Monday morning. $79/month per state, month to month, cancel by email. At checkout, choose NewGov Renewals in the Feed Type dropdown and type your state.

Is it exclusive?

No. SAM.gov data is public. You get a filtered, deduplicated file for your state every Monday, with no login or dashboard.
